what’s the difference between christian counseling & coaching?

Although both are rooted in a Christ-centered perspective, Christian counseling uses psychology and knowledge of the Bible to effectively help people who are hurting or experiencing trauma. The therapeutic intervention used helps facilitate healing and restoration, and the Holy Bible is the only standard for truth that provides answers to life’s problems. Furthermore, coaching is a collaborative partnership that helps the client clarify future personal and professional goals and strategize a plan of action that inspires and aligns with the client’s needs, lifestyle, and more importantly, God’s will.

what can christian counseling/coaching help me with?

Together we can navigate through emotional pain, life challenges and transitions while building resilience and hope in alignment with God’s will. Coaching can help with personal and professional development as well as formation of relational and leadership skills.
